Hey there! I’m Lauren. Former athlete turned corporate HR dropout turned certified professional coach now with a depth of Human Design.

As a Pure Generator, when I positively respond to what life brings me, I’m powered by the energy to see what needs to be corrected in the moment and to organize and express details for others to accept in support of a better tomorrow.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned through my Design is that this moment is all that matters. I’m here to be completely spontaneous and while my powerful Mind can project into the future, my greatest power comes from responding to what’s in front of me.

I’m designed to become an authority (of the things that interest me), but in order to do that effectively, I’m here to mess up and falter along the way so I can figure out what’s truly correct. I have to experiment and pay the price to build a solid foundation. Thank goodness for the natural resilience built into my design or who knows if I’d still be here. 🫣😁

Building such a deep foundation brings me satisfaction and allows me the opportunity to support you in figuring out where you’re up against resistance in your life, your business, and/or with your clients and how to find more peace, satisfaction, success, or surprise depending on what’s right for you.
